MEMBER PARTICIPATION

We need your help!

SAUG is dedicated to helping its members become more familiar with Adobe programs and subjects relating to the graphic arts, coding and the Internet. SAUG is free to all and offers great giveaways to its members. To carry on this great service we need volunteers.

PRESENTATIONS

The most pressing need is for volunteers to make a presentation on Adobe programs. Each month offers an opportunity to help members learn more about Adobe programs. Give an overview and demonstration, or pick a subtopic and show us how it’s done. It’s a great way to share your knowledge and help us become better. It’s a great way for you to sharpen your knowledge of a program and your presentation skills.

GROWTH

Help us grow our membership. We want to help others with our knowledge as well. It gives all of us a chance to meet and interact with others in the area who share our passions and interests. A larger group also is more attractive to new sponsors.

Bring a new guest to a meeting and earn an extra raffle ticket for the evening’s drawing.

Participation

SAUG is a volunteer organization. You are always welcome to the monthly meetings to learn new skills from our presentations. We encourage you, though, to participate in making SAUG a great user group. From time to time we need volunteers to help with projects, positions – such as Webmaster, and other jobs that may arise.

As a “thank you” for your help, we provide an extra drawing ticket for each month you provide these volunteer services.

TICKET SCHEDULE

Tickets for monthly drawings:

  • 1 for attendance at the monthly meeting
  • 1 for bringing a new participant
  • 4 for a monthly meeting’s presentation
  • 1 per month for SAUG volunteers (except UGM & Asst. UGM)
